The first set of muhns I'll mention are the "founding muhns" the original group of friends who founded "the muhns" and have expanded it with other people

Starting Today I'll be creating blog posts dedicated to a rag tag of muhns who have been with me during my entire high school life. For 15 Years (16 this Tuesday :-D) i've been living in this world. With the help of my friends, family and most importantly OUR LORD ALMIGHTY GOD; i was able to survive them all

The "Blogspot Project" as named should contain info from my 1st year days and 4th year days right now. I'll start and end every post with a quote that I or any of my friends mentioned during that time.

I don't know how many posts I would come out with by the end of this series so bear with me if the series should take as long as 10 posts or more XD.

I didn't take the time and effort to post the UPCAT Refresher course, but what the hell its a long time go and I'm too lazy to post it.

Alot of people didn't attend the refresher course though. But it was still fun.
Unfortunately, she was one of those who didn't came :(

Well me and Katrina arrived at SM Megamall at around 10:00
we saw Seadd and Gio outside waiting for the doors to open. I told them that you can go in since we need to be in the hall by 10:40. We got in, and saw Chelsea behind us. We went to the Hall and registered for our seats, our free lunch and snacks.

The program started late though. Since alot of seats were still empty.

BTW. Today was also the day that SM would hold an Otaku convention in the Megatrade Hall next to the conference room. We would expect alot of people cosplaying by the time we were dissmissed.

So back to the refresher course, the program started with the singing of the National Anthem and the opening remarks by the founder of Ahead. We started our discussion with the Language Proficiency part. As usual Gio, would go out to the restroom at the start of every subject disucussion. It was slightly boring and EDWARD ,some guy who acted like Angelo Conferido, started getting attention from the room when he was called to answer a question.

Lunch followed afterwards. Shakeys sponsored our food. It was a basic Chicken and Rice combo. We were upset that there was no mojos served unlike last time. But platters of chicken and rice are served at the sides of the room in case we wanted more.

After lunch, we had a game. The game is a trivia quiz of Ateneo, one person would represent his or her class in the review center (if Hannah Omengan was our representative, then we could have won the game). The winner would get an extra box of pizza for his class later at snack time.
Unfortunately, our class didn't win.

Math was next, Sir Wacks POGI was going to teach us the different techniques that we can use for the ACET. We had a game at the end of the disucussion and our team lost again.
We had snacks, a single slice of hawaiian pizza, for 30 mins.

After snacks, we had another game. This game was funnier cause it composed 3 "best" categories, BEST COMEDIAN, BEST PERSON WITH A SOFT BODY and BEST PERSON WITH THE HARDEST GRUNT. The "BEST PERSON WITH A SOFT BODY" was the funniest category since the contestants needed to dance around to the tune of "Careless Whisper".

After the game, we had our final discussion which was Logical Reasoning and Abstract Reasoning. This was the time when our brains started to hurt because of too much information.
Couldn't describe more though.

We were supposed to be dismissed after the last discussion but EDWARD's wallet was lost and accdg. to the teachers, someone stole it. After a little while we were told to leave the room as the teachers and EDWARD had to discuss about the stealing of his wallet.

When we went out, we saw everyone wearing anime costumes and waiting outside the convention. Probably the convention was full or they were done for the day. I wasn't done though. Me and my cousins went to G4 to watch GI JOE which is AWESOME.

DISSIDIA: FINAL FANTASY for the Playstation Portable System

Everyone knows final fantasy. It was one of the first RPG's that was ever released and it is now one of the top gaming series in the gaming industry. Spanning over 14 original games and a lot of spinoffs, remakes and sequels, the final fantasy series has been a force to be reckoned with over the past 2 decades.

Dissidia Final Fantasy is the latest installment in the Final Fantasy Franchise. Its a fighting game with little RPG elements thrown in like equiping items and managing your move sets in a match. Its combat like gameplay is similar to that of the Kingdom Hearts series and Crisis Core FFVII. The gameplay may look simple. You fight one-on-one in an area and you beat the living hell out of your opponent. But if you look closely you'll see that it sometimes takes strategy to play the game.

In a battle you have these what you call "Bravery Points". These Points are used to damage an opponent. You gain bravery points by attacking an opponent with the O button. You can compile Bravery Points and use these to perform a damaging attack with the _(square) button, when you do this you spend your Bravery Points and it goes back to 0. You do this repeatedly till you win. This is basically a main point of how a battle is progressed but there are things like summons and Limit Breaks that make it more complicated.

The graphics look good and the characters look very much alike to their game counterparts in their indie games. The DUBBED voice is cool but some people say that JAP voices sound better. I don't really know, but I'll take the DUBBED version to understand the story.

Speaking of the story, its basically the conclusion of the battle between chaos and cosmos which lasted for eons. The Villians of the Final Fantasy series comprise the side of Chaos, while the Heroes of the series comprise the side of Cosmos. In story mode you take part in a chess-like board in which you move towards the goal at the same time beating enemy pieces in the board.

Longevity:

The Story Mode is not long and short. There is Ad-Hoc, to keep you playing the game after the story. There are a ton of things to unlock and you can level your characters up to lvl100 and customize them in any way you choose. They could've included other characters like Auron, Zack and Vincent. Ther is also no online mode though, which is the biggest downside of the game.

But Overall, its still a good game. There's alot of things to unlock. The combat system has minor flaws but its still great. The story and the setting is also great. If you're a final fantasy fan then this is a must-buy for you. If not, still, get it.

I woke up his morning feeling weird....
I was feeling dizzy

my parents though that i feel dizzy cuz I use the PC too much....
till they found out my other symptoms.
-I was feeling warm by the time I went to church.
-My back hurts when I bend.
-And I was starting to cough every now and then

Once my parents discovered my symptoms they told me that I have a flu.
I probably got it from my sister....... she had the flu since yesterday

If I start to get colds or start to frequently sneeze
(xcept when the aircon is on and MEXICAN MUSIC is played)
I might get SWINE FLU!, A(H1N1), Influenza, Piggy Virus.....
WHATEVER YOU CALL IT..........

I hope I don't get it

This morning...... Kevin Te told me and Karl that he heard one of the radio stations say that Michael Jackson's dead. We didn't believe him. We laughed, we even joked that KT was gullible to the radio station. We couldn't believe that he was gonna die. It was just damn impossible hearing the words MJ and dead in one sentence. Xcept when not is in the middle.

Well....... We were wrong. KT was right.

We didn't believe him till snacks came and someone from class (Jessica was it?) said that he was dead. I was just shocked to hear it.

The Microwarehouse Convention was held at Silver City today
The Convention was full of muhns who were suppliers from different companies like Apple, Cisco and Belkin.

I woke up at 5:45 am to go to church and attend to my duties afterwards.
I went back home at around 9:00 to eat Breakfast. My Parents and I left the house at around 10:00. My mom was dropped off at SM Hypermart to do some grocery shopping.
My Dad invited me yesterday to come with him to the convention, cuz he was gonna get my sister's new "Ipod Nano 4G".

When we arrived at the convention. A lot of booths were still closed. My dad had this special pass to get in the convention. He told me that the items in the convention had discount prices. Which is a good opportunity to buy good gadgets. He also told me that he got my DS (which had a 70% discount) from Microwarehouse's suppliers who was one of his clients. So when we got inside he just told me to look around and see if you find something good.

What I saw inside were people selling Cameras, Ipods, Ipod Accesories, Laptops, Sound Systems, Cellphones, Laptop Bags and Apple Softwares in Discs. I saw a Macbook Pro that had
"Before: Php 100,000 and Now: 55,000"......... they nearly took 50% OFF THE ORIGINAL PRICE!!!

So after a few minutes looking to nearly all of the booths. I asked my dad if he got my sister's Ipod already. He said that his "supplier" left it at his office, and he might just sell it to him tommorow. Then he asks if there was anything good that we can get from the convention.
I told him bout the lady that showed me a Charger that "Charges Your Ipod when connected to a socket (a.k.a. saksakan)". I saw one and it costed Php 1,800........... its expensive for that item so i told him that we'll just look outside the convention.
Then he shows me this giant sound system for the Ipod that costs over Php 15,000...... thats TOO MUCH for a sound system......... So I show him a small sound system that looks like a "boom box" thats Php 1,300. The original price was Php 6,900. Its either powered from an electric socket or 4 AA batteries, which runs out after a few hours.

So we buy 2 (one from me and my sister) then I saw one of the features that said
"Charges Your Ipod When Connected".......... w8 a second.......... the charger i mentioned earlier does that and it costs more than the sound system.
"a charger with one feature for 1,800 ; a sound system with more features that can also charge an Ipod for 1,300"
" Less for More; More for Less"
I almost got RIPPED OFF by that lady who showed me that charger....... so I was glad i didn't buy it. Anyhow, I didn't see the whole convention since a lot of booths were still closed.
After buying the sound systems, we picked up Mom from Hypermart and went home.

Today, people consider June 12 as INDEPENDENCE DAY in the Philippines
well, INC members consider the same

Today, was also the 3rd anniversary of the day the district of Metro Manila South was created in the Iglesia Ni Cristo dominion.
To celebrate it, several locales in the district of Metro Manila South created the "Siglaro 2009"
which is basically a term for "sportsfest".
It was held at the PhilSports Complex or Ultra.

We woke up at 5 am to get to Ultra early because the assembly time was scheduled at 5:30 am. When we got to Ultra the parade of locales started. Ads (Adrian) and his family were up the stage since his parents were part of the commitee who organized the sportsfest.
Several locales including:
Bel-Air - Ads lokal
Ilugin - My lokal
De Castro - Christell's lokal
and many more were around the track field in Ultra

After the parade was an opening prayer, followed by the passing of torch (the flame in the torch was very small and hard to see from afar). The Oath of Sportsmanship followed.
After the oath........ Ka. Homer (Tagapangasiwa ng Distrito) opened the sportsfest with a speech.
The games were played on different locations. The Games that were played included Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Board Games, "Fun" Games and the 100,200 and 400m dash in the track field.

My family and I headed straight to the basketball court to watch teams compete. What we didn't know was that they were just all Exhibition Games and no awards in Basketball were to be presented. The commentary during the basketball games was entertaining since he kept on having violent reactions when a foul or a shot is commited.

After the 2nd basketball game. My family left the ringside seats to watch the other games in the track field. I left the basketball area around 12:30 pm since I needed to buy lunch. I went back the to basketball area but found out that some family took our seats. I went to ADS family at the stage to eat my lunch.

After eating my lunch, I accompanied Pat and ADS' sister to the basketball area to watch another game. When we went to check our old seating, the family was gone. So we just took the seats and watched 3 more basketball games b4 my Dad's team were to compete against Kadiwa (members 18 and above who are'nt married yet) members.

After the 3rd last game, several INC members from lokal of De Castro gave us a short dance number. We did'nt expect that the dance was a form of street dancing. But they were impressive. The crowd gave them a huge standing ovation after the performance.

the last 2 games b4 our Dad's team was to compete looked like a re-enactment of the UAAP Finals between ADMU and DLSU since team 1 and team 2 wore green and blue jerseys.
The first game was a tie and "DLSU" won game 2.

Finally, after 3 straight games, my dad's team was ready to compete against the Kadiwa team
in what looked like another re-enactment, this time between the Orlando Magic and the LA Lakers. My dad's team won with a score of 41-46.

Everyone left the basketball arena and ADS wanted to challenge us to a 200 m dash at the track meet. So we went straight to the track and raced. I easily defeated ADS, Pat and Audrey in the dash. After which, my parents told us that were ready to leave. So after a few "goodbye's" and "see ya's" we all left Ultra.
